Minimum order

  • Mixed orders welcome: combine different in-stock models and categories in one order. Each model is ordered by the inner box (usually 10–25 pcs, see the quotation list).
  • Recommended first order: from about US$2,000.
  • OEM / ODM: custom logo, packaging or design from 1,000–5,000 pcs per model, depending on the product.

Lead time

  • In-stock models: shipped within 7 days, often faster.
  • OEM / ODM orders: about 30 days after the deposit.

Payment

  • T/T bank transfer: 30% deposit, 70% balance when the goods are ready, before shipment.
  • A Proforma Invoice (PI) is issued as soon as the order is confirmed. It can be used for import licences and foreign-exchange applications.

Shipping

  • Trade term: EXW Foshan / Guangzhou, China.
  • We deliver to your forwarder's warehouse in China, or ship through our partner forwarders.
  • Sea freight (FCL or LCL) for most orders; air freight for urgent orders.

Samples

Samples are charged. The sample cost is refunded when you place your bulk order.

Volume discounts

Tiered discounts are available based on order value. Ask our sales team for the current price list.

Quality and after-sales

If a quality problem is caused by us, we will agree on a solution with you, such as replacement goods in your next shipment.

Certification

Main Earldom product lines are CE certified. Certificates are available on request.

Distributors and retail shops

  • Earldom works with exclusive distributors in several countries. If your country already has a distributor, we will connect you with them.
  • Display racks are available for shops stocking the full Earldom range.
